Carrier IQ the app that’s been tracking users actions (All of them.. Text, E-mail, ect.) is being hit with a class action lawsuit that could be worth hundreds of millions! Included in this lawsuit are Carrier IQ, Samsung, and HTC. This is all brought on by them violating the Federal Wiretap Act. If these companies lose, they could face charges of $100 for every day that the violation took place. This is only the beginning of the lawsuit and we’ll keep you updated as new information is given.

Are you looking for a USB drive to keep data so no one can get ahold of it? Well. Look no further. Crypteks made a drive that’s locked first off by a tumbler type lock with 5 rows (26 letters on each row). If that’s not enough, the drive itself is then encrypted and locked by a password. Super secret and super secret!

It was announced this evening that Facebook has purchased Gowalla. Gowalla is a replacement for Foursquare but a bit better designed (looks wise).
