Happy Friday everyone!!! If you haven’t yet, make sure you check out our podcast from last night. 🙂

Yesterday it was announced that the game Tiny Tower which has been available on iOS for quite a while is now available on Android. I checked my market and it’s not showing up yet.. Hopefully soon!

There’s a bill being passed around in the senate “Stop Online Piracy Act”. A lot of people are against it and want to keep the internet open, today it was found out that there are multiple tech giants that are supporting this bill..  WTF.. Some of the principles that made these businesses what they are today.. Are they same ones who are all for it… Some of the companies on this list:  Adobe, Apple, AVG, Dell, McAfee, Microsoft, Rosetta Stone, Sybase, and Symantech.. Notice Google ins’t there? They have been one of the largest voices speaking against this bill. Nice to have someone like that in your corner!

Starz announced that it wasn’t going to renew its contract with Netflix in February. What are they going to do? They said they’d be coming out with their own app to stream similar to HBO Go, for multiple devices Smartphones, tablets, And would like to work with Amazon and Blockbuster! This is one step closer to where we need to be ala carte cable!!!!!!!!

Finally, Motorola took Apple to court in Germany over their iCloud service something to do with how iCloud syncs contacts and calendars. Apple may have to stop selling ALL products that use iCloud. That’d be a fairly large blow to the company. We’ll keep updated in what happens with this case.

Have a pleasant Friday and a great weekend!
