Happy Tuesday everyone!

CES has officially kicked off!

No new xbox. No new PS3.

Razer announced a new device called Project Fiona. This device is to be the next gen of hand held gaming. I’m convinced. It looks SO much better than a 3DS or a PSP IMO. Plus, being a tablet hybrid paired up with Windows 8 for under $1000 I forsee this being a big hit!

I’ve been in the smart phone market for a few months hoping and waiting to get my hands on the Galaxy Nexus.. Announced at CES was Lenovo’s turn to jump into the smart phone game. They showed off a new phone which is intel based.

In the TV World, Samsung announced that it was going to make watching DVR recorded shows a lot easier. Their new “SmartTV’s” will allow people to stream TV Shows to other TV’s in different rooms, granted this isn’t a new feature. The nice thing though. You won’t need a separate box to do so.. The TV itself is capable of managing the DVR Stream!

Another company came from under the woodwork called Simple.TV. They are made for the cord cutters out there. for $150, you get a device that can record over the air HD TV as well as being able to pause live TV. The catch, it doesn’t have any video output on it. You need to have a Roku, Boxee, or a GoogleTV to stream it to that device.

Stay tuned for more CES news tomorrow!
