Happy Tuesday (2 days til Turkey Day!)

Microsoft confirmed that there will be an xbox dashboard update coming in early December. There has been leaked images showing that it will resemble the Windows 8 / Windows phone tiles type look and feel. They’ve done a great job keeping things fresh with the system through the years. Great deals on the consoles this year if you’re looking to buy. Even though it’s rumored that they will be talking about “Xbox 720” this spring.

Call of Duty Elite. Its a subscription based service giving you up to date access to new maps, skins, and other downloadable content. I was a skeptic, apparently I’m one of the only ones not doing it. Within the first week they’ve already landed over 1 million customers. Well done on selling the product!

Have you been waiting for the Tmobile/AT&T merger? Well, things just took another step backwards for the deal. The FCC said it has major concern for the takeover and the Department of Justice has filed an anti-trust lawsuit to block the merger. (Us Tmo people have some more time!)
